Financial support application

 A limited amount of financial support will be available to enable and support participation of early to mid-career researchers (EMCRs)*, and deserving delegates from low and lower-middle income countries**. To apply for a Symposium travel support, you must submit an abstract and be the first author and presenter.

CLIVAR community members requiring travel support may also submit request, although subject to fund avalibility.

To be considered for travel support the EMCRs are asked to send a proof of their graduate degree to icpo@clivar.org. Only applications with proof sent to the mentioned email id will be considered for the travel support review process.

The request for financial support will be made along with the registration (for more information, visit the Registration Guidelines).

*Early to mid-career researchers (EMCRs) are master and PhD students, researchers, and practitioners within 10 years of highest obtained degree (excluding parental and care leave). Practitioners are those working at the interface of society, policy, practice, and research.
