When does the conference organizers process personal data?

The conference organizers process personal data in a variety of contexts.

• When you register for the conference
• When you submit an abstract
• When you apply for financial support
• When you send emails to the conference organizers

As part of your registration, Last names/First names/Emails can be kept by the organizers for the management of mailing lists.
