Registration guidelines

Registration is now open

If you haven't a login and password yet, to access the registration form create an account through the login button (select the small arrow next to the login button) on the top right side of the website. You'll then have a private space to register.

If you already have a login and password, please log in to your account and click on the registration item in the left side menu, you will then access the registration form.

  • Registration deadline for the Pan-CLIVAR meetings: 15 June 2025, 23h59 CEST
  • Registration deadline for the Symposium: 15 June 2025, 23h59 CEST

Due to space limitation of the venue, participation to the Pan-CLIVAR and the Symposium is limited to 250 people. Once this capacity has been reached, we will no longer be able to accept registrations.

* Early to mid-career researchers (EMCRs) are master and PhD students, researchers, and practitioners within 10 years of highest obtained degree (excluding parental and care leave). Practitioners are those working at the interface of society, policy, practice, and research.

Note: The registration fees are in Swiss Francs (CHF) because the WMO bank account collecting the fees accepts only Swiss Francs. The payment gateway will convert your payment from whatever currency you pay to Swiss Francs.
